‍‍SpeakerBee was engaged by Wunderman Thompson to help organize a townhall meeting at their office in Copenhagen. As an international company with employees worldwide, they wanted technical assistance to transform current events in the company into an online format that everyone could participate in.

Execution:

‍

‍The townhall meeting included presentations from employees who spoke about projects and developments in all areas of business. There were also live call-ins from colleagues around the world. Each presentation featured a Q&A segment where both physical participants and online viewers could ask questions via chat.

‍

The livestream started in the morning to accommodate the different time zones. The Speakerbee team arrived early to ensure all equipment was ready for speaker rehearsals. We also helped Wunderman Thompson put together a compact agenda that made the meeting streamlined and efficient.

‍The event ran smoothly and all segments were delivered as planned. The feedback from Wunderman Thompson has been extremely positive. We look forward to continuing the collaboration and helping improve their internal communication methods, from memos to live productions that engage the entire company.
