When you host conferences or larger events and want to take the opportunity to create video and photos for marketing, we head out and work "run-and-gun." Here, we take photos, produce short "aftermovies," and capture spontaneous interviews and testimonials with participants.
When it comes to commercials and branding videos, the approach is different. Here, we work together to create storyboards and plan every detail of the production before we even start filming. It depends on the format. Event videos and recap films are typically delivered shortly after the event (within a few business days). For well-planned branding and explainer videos, concept development, storyboarding, filming, and editing typically take 2-4 weeks from the initial brainstorming meeting to the final files.
How much does video production cost at SpeakerBee?
Our fixed package solutions start at DKK 25,000 for event videos and go up to DKK 80,000 for a complete explainer mini-series. The final price depends on the format, number of filming days, locations, and the scope of editing and formatting for different platforms.
Do you film on-location or in your own studio?
We do both! We are happy to come to your office, event venue, or client locations with our mobile production equipment. You also have the option to film in our professional and versatile studio facilities in Østerbro, Copenhagen.
What distinguishes an event video from a branding video?
An event video is filmed "run-and-gun" on the day to capture the authentic and spontaneous atmosphere of, for example, a conference or company party. A branding video, on the other hand, is strategically planned from the start with a well-thought-out storyboard and script, which we develop together with you before filming begins.
