This is the production process for an AI avatar.
Setup
You are recorded in our green screen studio, wearing the attire you would like to be presented in. The background for the video is added afterwards and can be changed continuously.
Appearance
The important thing when we record is that your appearance, dynamics, and body language come across clearly. The way you move (even when standing still) during a presentation is recorded and becomes the starting point for your avatar.
Voice and delivery
A very important part of your appearance is, of course, your voice, facial expressions, and emphasis on words. Together with your appearance, these parameters provide a picture of your overall presence.
Avatar training
Once we have finished the video recordings of you, we can begin training your avatar with AI. This takes place on the AI platform Heygen. The recordings are uploaded to the platform, which then begins training your avatar to adopt your appearance, voice, and facial expressions. This takes approximately 4-5 days to make your avatar as advanced as possible. Your video recordings are uploaded to the AI platform Heygen. You will also get access here when you create an account. There will be a monthly fee to subscribe to the platform.

How long does it take to produce an avatar?
Realistically, you should allow at least 3 weeks for the setup, production, and training of the avatar. The recording session itself takes about 2 hours, but training and implementing backgrounds can take a few weeks, depending on the complexity.
How many languages can my avatar speak?
You can have your avatar speak all common languages. You can also add subtitles to the video.
Can we record an avatar at our company in our own studio?
In principle, you can make the recordings anywhere. However, the background in which the recordings are made cannot be changed. That is why we record in a green screen studio where backgrounds can be changed as needed.
How do you ensure the AI keeps true to our brand and style?
For us, AI is a tool managed by experienced video professionals and technicians. During the scoping phase, we define your visual style and train or fine-tune the AI models with your brand elements to ensure that colors, expression, and aesthetics are 100% consistent.
