We sit down together to align on your vision. What content do you need to produce, what are the constraints, and what is the budget? We identify your actual needs so we hit the perfect setup from the start. We typically also inspect your space, take measurements, and check for fire safety requirements, IT security, GDPR, etc.
3D model and mockup
Our experts design the studio specifically for your office. You receive a visual 3D model and mockup of the room so you can see the set design, layout, and flow exactly before we start purchasing equipment.
Installation and construction
We handle all the practical work and heavy lifting. We procure the right professional AV equipment, and our craftsmen build the studio. Whether it is an empty room or an existing video space, we ensure a flawless installation that is stress-tested prior to delivery.
Handover and operation
For us, this is where the process truly begins, not ends. We don’t just hand over a cold technical room, but an active content machine.
