Background & Challenge

BeeStreamed is a software company that provides complete streaming solutions for corporate use - from webinars and conferences to e-learning. They wanted to increase brand awareness and show how simple it is to use their platform, while presenting all key features in a fast and interesting way. The challenge consisted of making a complex software solution vibrant and relatable for communications and marketing professionals.

Concept & Idea Development

To make the platform's features presentable, we worked with a simple setup: a user in a classic office situation. We used greenscreen footage to be able to design the background exactly according to BeeStreamed's style guide, and added animation overlays that emphasized ease-of-use. In this way, the viewer could both mirror themselves in the usage scenario and experience the software features in action in a visually clear and engaging way.

Pre-production

We started with detailed storyboards and cast a professional narrator who could act as a user in the video. At the same time, we designed the virtual office in 3D so that BeeStreamed could approve the look early in the process and get the feel of the final video. This preparation ensured an efficient day of filming and a smooth transition to post-production.

Production & Post-Production

The filming took place in our studio together with BeeStreamed, where in just a few hours we went through scripts and filmed. Subsequently, we paid special attention to a calm and professional expression in the haircut, color correction and sound mix. The animations were adapted to highlight the simplicity and ease of use of the platform without seeming disruptive. The result was a streamlined video that was both informative and visually appetizing.

Results

BeeStreamed were very pleased with the result and have since been actively using the video on their website and in social channels as a lead generator. The video has contributed to increased brand awareness and more qualified inquiries from new customers.
