Podcast production with video.
The media company Human Touch Media, wanted to produce a podcast series with the football legends of the 80s team Frank Arnesen and Søren Lerby. The episodes had to be shot on video so that the audience could enjoy the company of their old heroes and the guests appearing in the studio.
The podcast studio doesn't just have to deliver good sound.
The most important task in a podcast studio is, of course, that the sound is top notch. But the production of Arnesen & lerby had to be recorded on video. This made demands on the studio's interior design and set design, which was supposed to support the pleasant conversation between old football friends. The screen in the studio was supposed to show pictures and old TV clips and serve as a talking point throughout all the episodes.
A technical setup that can handle all productions
In addition to building a cozy studio, the production also had to take into account backup of the sound as the participants could find themselves moving away from the microphone. Likewise, a line of communication had to be created for interviewer Mette Cornelius so that she could receive messages from the control room where the editor was sitting. The technical staff mixed cameras and continuously adjusted the sound. All in all, a demanding setup.
Hospitality and good surroundings
At SpeakerBee, we are aware that the participants in the productions should feel at home in our premises and, incidentally, be pampered a bit. This makes them perform much better when the sound and camera are turned on, which ultimately creates the good and memorable moments that are fun and entertaining for the audience. Therefore, there is always good catering, make up artist to dust your nose and the opportunity to go to the meeting room for yourself.
Editing and sparring
SpeakerBee was involved in the subsequent post-production of the podcast. Although the podcast format is a loose conversation format, it is important to edit tightly so that the audience gets the best experience. Thus, all episodes had to be cut to and both intro and outro added.
Podcasts can create unique stories
With a podcast, stories can be told and unique moments can be recreated by those who participated. Thus, the audience is kept in a highly entertaining format, which can even be enjoyed while walking the dog or driving the car.Companies can use the format to create unique stories that reinforce their brand and improve the audience's perception of the company. At the same time, it is easy to get started with production regardless of whether the camera is on or not.
