“New avenues for digital dialogue.” Global Connect held their first B2B webinar to test participants' interest, strengthen brand awareness and lay the foundation stone for future digital communications.
The task
Global Connect wanted to kick-start a new B2B digital communications effort by testing the webinar format as a branding and exposure channel. The goal was to establish “ground zero” for the initiative, measure participant interest and spread awareness of the company — leads were a bonus goal, but not the primary goal
Our Approach
We designed a virtual studio that accurately reflected Global Connect's visual identity, and developed a flow based on experiences from hundreds of previous webinars to ensure a professional experience. At the same time, we defined a detailed roadmap with deliveries and milestones before the event and continuously built on the learnings we had made to optimize both the visual expression and the participant experience
Production
The recording took place in SpeakerBee's green-screen studio (Studio 2) in Copenhagen and lasted approximately one hour. Using virtual production, we were able to add bespoke brand backgrounds and create an engaging multi-cam setup that gave audiences a more vibrant experience than traditional webinars.

The result
The webinar was received very positively and Global Connect confirmed the value of the format for branding and exposure. The customer was very satisfied and has interest in several similar productions as a regular part of their digital communication strategy.
