B2C Webinar on Heat Pumps

“When excellence heats your home.” Andel Energi launched a live webinar on heat pumps to engage consumers, generate qualified leads and halve sales time.

Background & Challenge

Andel Energi wanted to test webinars as part of their sales strategy for heat pumps. The goal was to attract new B2C customers and create both qualified leads for the sales team and direct inquiries from interested consumers. The challenge lay in reaching a large audience at once while converting viewers into customers.

Concept & Idea Development

We proposed a webinar production with real-life cases, where Andel Energi's product benefits were demonstrated through concrete examples. To stand out from traditional PowerPoint presentations, we used 3D graphics and virtual studio elements so that the content appeared both visually stunning and professional. In addition, we designed the study environment to match Andel Energi's visual identity, providing participants with an engaging and recognizable experience.

Pre-production

In pre-production, we prepared a detailed roadmap with milestones and deliverables prior to the webinar itself. We continuously drew on insights from previous productions to optimize both the visual expression and the participants' experience. At the same time, we coordinated with Andel Energi's team about scripts, cases and technical setup to ensure a smooth process.

Production & Post-Production

The entire webinar was recorded in our green-screen studio and post-produced into a 30-minute video. We added 3D graphics, and graphics overlays that kept the focus on the key features of the product. The video was broadcast live on an agreed date, including a limited-time offer for viewers. Subsequently, we provided both short clips for SoMe and the complete recording, which Andel Energi continues to use in their marketing several months after production

Results & Learning

Andel Energi were very satisfied with both the visual and technical flow, and the webinar resulted in more direct and indirect sales as well as halving the average sales time per lead. The project confirmed the effectiveness of combining green-screen, 3D graphics and real-life cases in B2C webinars.
